When choosing a portrait artist, the sitter will need to feel at ease with the process. Michael always takes care to ensure his subjects are comfortable and takes the time to discuss his ideas. Very often he will strive to challenge their self-perceived aspects – not always as easy task – in order to capture the very essence of their character; a process that, to-date, has yet to produce a single unhappy customer.

Michael is also happy to produce a portrait as a surprise gift from one person to another – provided that a selection of good photographs are available, and that the benefactor is assured that it will be comfortably received by the recipient!
